Is it safe to order on MYJS.com?

We use 128bit SSL Certificate to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. We will never disclose your personal information to any third parties, so you can rest assured that your information is safe with us.

Do you have a physical store?

We're an online store only and we ship directly from our warehouse, so we don't have a bricks-and-mortar store for visitors. For all enquiries, please contact [email protected] and our team will be more than happy to assist.

What is your jewelry made of?

“My Jewelry Story” fashion jewelry is created with gold/rhodium/rose-gold plated base metal using top-quality Swarovski® crystal stones or AAA Cubic Zirconia. All our jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic.

How do I find out my ring size?

You can use a ruler to measure diameter (directly across the inside) of any existing ring you own that fits comfortably, and find your size in millimetres. If the ring you purchase is the incorrect size, you are more than welcome to return the ring to us for an exchange or refund, free of charge. Most of our rings are available in the sizes as follows:

How do I know my order been successfully placed?

Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be shortly sent to your registered email address. If you can’t find it, please check if it has been filtered to your junk mail folder.

Can I amend my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse to be shipped to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately you can't change or cancel your order, but you're more than welcome to submit a return/exchange request once you receive your items. My order is a gift, can you exclude the invoice from the recipient?

We can't exclude the invoice from the order, but rest assured our packing slips don't include any prices so the recipient will be none the wiser. Your invoice will also be sent electronically to your email.
